Do you think a contest should be mainly for judges vote or user's vote? I've been also thinking...should a contest like this http://www.webtoons.com/en/contest compare two different types of styles for user vote only? Some of it CAN lead to being biased

I've always been kinda iffy when there's a contest where the winner will be based on how many votes they get by the public. And my issue with that is people will ask friends and others to vote for their entry. It's not necessarily a bad thing to get some help, but I would like to think that people would vote based on the artist's skill and whether they actually like the entry or not.
